suspension question - Mustang Evolution

suspension question

so a buddy of mine has shocks struts and springs for a 02 mustang gt coupe and we were wondering is it safe to put those on my 02 gt convertible? or is it and absolute no no??

I'm going to say no. They're different between the coupe and convertible.

I've seen different parts for these cars solely on that fact so it led me to that conclusion.

Thats the thing they sell them seperately but he have about 200lbs of audio in the back so we figered if they worked with his mine should b good?

Shocks/struts r compatible with coupes and convertibles but they make springs for coupes and springs for convertibles

I talked with Matt (suspension guru at steeda) he said there is no difference between coupe and vert...I'll copy the email if you want me to.
