Thermostat housing leaking. Please Help!

I have a antifreeze leak on my thermostat housing. I changed the gasket and it still leaks. No cracks. My mechanic said they r bad about warping on those plastic intake. Is there a way i can fix it without having to buy a intake manifold? The supercharger i am wanting takes place of my intake manifold and i dont want to spend 250-300 for a oem intake or 450 for a typhoon that i won't need for long. Any info will help. Thanks
