Need a new mod!

I have a 400 dollar limit and I have a Tuner and JLT CAI
I dont want to spend the extra money on gears yet and I cant afford to Lower it.
What should I get?

5-10hp, but if you don't have a aftermarket exhaust system that is where you feel the most power for bolt on's.

If you can do the work yourself, then $400 should get you a o/r mid pipe, and pulleys!.. Just keep in mind as to what your overall goal for your car is!..
