Hey guys! With tax money coming in I'm fixing to have around $800 to drop on my Stang. And yes. ALL of it is going into my car. Haha. I have Long tubes, no cats, duals with an H-pipe, and a police interceptor chip. Shes crazy fast. But I just want more. Lol. I'm 18, and still in high school so mines my DD. I need some suggestions on what to get because I have no clue. Thanks everybody!

Would a tuner be a good investment? Anyone else tuned a '98? Did it make a difference?

Is it really that big of a difference?? I mean, I'm honestly just asking. Where can you really tell? Just from a dig? Or all over?

Biggest difference of any mod you can do for cheap along with a tuner. It's so much easier to spin wheel and is just quicker all around. We don't need gearing to go 180, might as well bring the gearing in quicker

Eh. True that. I appreciate the input. I think I'm going to do a tuner and 3:73s. Sound good? Lol.

How about a PI swap and a tuner to match? If you find someone selling the whole PI set (heads, cams, and intake from 99-04 GT Mustangs), then that along with a tuner should fit your budget. Check that out, because with that you'll be going much faster and have more potential for power from any future mods as well.

Basically if u r power stalling ur car to launch and u put a 3000rpm stall converter in it won't let ur tires break loose until u get above 3000rpms.
