Best lowering kit

What lowing kit would look best with 17" rims? I want the kit to also want it to be a big difference in drop. But not like a ricer

I chose steeda suspension and H&R super sport springs with tokico D-spec shocks/struts and never looked back. I am loving it!! Last two pics are the before and after. Since the "after" pic was taken the car has settled a tad bit lower. It looks fantastic and rides even better than it looks.

Re: Best lowering kit

as I said above... it ALL depends on WHAT you want it to end up like (handling or ride comfort)

If you're going to go sorta big with your drop (mine is almost 2") then you really have to be careful on the road. I scrape on a lot of things. It's wild.

I was interested in this topic too because I want to lower my 99 GT but not too bad where I'm scraping all the time.. I'm thinking the Eibach Sportlines have a good enough drop..

Mine is about 2" in the front and 1.8" in the rear...I haven't had too many problems. I've scraped my cats a couple times on crowned roads, and pulling into my garage lol.

I haven't damaged my chin spoiler or anything like that going over rough roads...and I've been on some rough roads since the drop.

I do have to enter 90% of the driveways to businesses etc. at an angle. There are some businesses I can't enter anymore, it's too steep for my car to enter without hitting the chin spoiler or scraping my exhaust tips.

Sometimes it can be inconvenient but the handling performance of the springs and the looks are well worth it

It cost me roughly $1200 because I bought shocks and struts as well.
