Sounds like it's ready to go, just be sure to ask if there are any serious problems, or minor while your at it

Test drive the hell out of it! That mod list is practically an essay. If it runs good and you can get it for that 11 its a steal.

One thing I noticed is that he has comp stage 3 cams but didn't say anything about upgrading valve springs which maybe he forgot to list it but I know comp requires that in most cases especially stage 3

Yeah I'm definitely going to ask for some proof
I've known a few people that bought cars with allegedly "built" or "rebuilt motors!.." Turned out they weren't!.. But if this one is truely been done by a professional shop, then they should have a complete invoice and bill of sale!..

How also can I find out if it's "built" other than the invoice? I'd just want to make sure

Like I said, bill of sale and invoice!.. Call the shop that did the work and see what they say!.. But the only sure way to tell is to take it apart yourself!.. Of course I am talking about it being a Stroker motor and all the internals that you can't see!..

I do know that in stock form and mint condition that car will go for about $7,500!... So if he has all that he says in that car, then $10,000 is a fair price!.. But of course I will never suggest paying near what some one is asking for!.. Lol.
