Fog lights dont work

I can't get my fog lights to work.
I don't know if I need to replace the whole fog light or just the bulb.
The car got soaked and both fog lights are wet from inside. Help please
It's a 2001 GT

Yeah that's what I would do before changing anything. If you have the right amount of voltage going thru then all u need is the light bulb and I don't see why it wouldn't work.

The actual "fog light" is just a housing....no need to replace unless it's cracked or broken.....I would take them out and take them inside and get all the water out I them If there is any. Check your voltage and replace the bulbs. If they did like my f150 headlights did you have a mess to clean up!! Lol, when I got water in my f150 fogs the bulbs exploded in the housing...
