longtubes or shorties

I just wanted to know some of your opinions on headers. Im looking for more power and I know longtubes give more power but whats the difference? I have an upr o/r x and k&n thanks

Long is better but much harder to install.

You have to drop the K-member to instal them and they make removing the transmission tougher
