Intercooler

Ive heard intercoolers increase hp. So I got on AM and they say it's good for over heating TC/SC's. Is that something that would increase your hp without having a TC/SC

Usually intercoolers are used with s/c as a CAI on steroids. It cools down the air a lot before it goes in the engine

No. I wouldn't just buy something without knowing anything about it.

Re: Intercooler

they are only useful if you have hot air that needs cooling from being compressed by a supercharger or turbocharger. On a N/A car they wont do anything as the air is already the same temp as the air that would be cooling it off.
