Re: Quick!

I'd even scour google as well. Dealers mark up their parts.

Re: Quick!

DANG IT! the dealership thought i verified that they can order the parts from this other place on the east coast, and they can't reverse the order. Its already set. dummies. i Wish they wouldn't have because i Know i can get one for cheaper online. got stuck with a 492$ bill for Everything. that everything includes 20$ for shipping, 273$ for the fuel rail, and 87$ for the regulator. As well as a 90$ diagnoses. At least i made them pay 130$ for shipping the part over here. that kinda satisfies me..

Re: Quick!

They took my car and diagnosed it. I knew i had to pay 90$ but thats what i wanted. I couldn't just not pay for it. they told me that i authorized it, which i didn't, over the phone in the morning. if i called that morning they could have canceled..

Re: Quick!

I gave them my card for the 90$.. i didn't have cash. and this was the first time so i didn't know how to approach it. Next time however it'll be different. if there is a next time. the car will be fixed and then its just upkeep after that!

No tell them you only authorized the charge for diagnostics and not the parts. Cancel the transaction from the bank for the parts and don't pick them up tell the bank that the dealer accidently charged you for something on a misunderstanding
