Jus got my chin spoiler from AM, anyone who got it from there was yours also a matte colored black as well? I don't really like the flat color so I'm thinking about maybe spraying it to be alittle darker
Oh ok.. Some peoples in pictures look like they have a more shine to theirsJsansom said:Ya they all r tht color
Yeah that's what I was thinking too.. Luckily I have a can of clear just lying around..AgentOrange said:You could probably lay some clear right over it.
Since it's plastic id make sure to prep it first so you get good adhesion. It would suck having to remove, strip, and respray that thing.GP3GT said:Yeah that's what I was thinking too.. Luckily I have a can of clear just lying around..
Before putting clear what would I have to doAgentOrange said:Since it's plastic id make sure to prep it first so you get good adhesion. It would suck having to remove, strip, and respray that thing.
I could do that toostampde said:armor all it for shine ,dont clear coat it , i think thats a bad idea
I will do the amor all..DaBluedude said:There suppose to be a flat black. Armor all it first and see if u like it. A clearcoat is gonna take a lot of abuse and will look like crap in a month...
Back 2 black.. It's a shining polisher to make anything black look brand new again.. A brand named mothers makes it I believeAgentOrange said:Do what now?
Personally I think its not very good. Only makes stuff black while its wet...GP3GT said:Back 2 black.. It's a shining polisher to make anything black look brand new again.. A brand named mothers makes it I believe

+1 I use it on mine too I went to a car show and was asked who painted my chin spoiler......mothers brand "back-to-black" works! Apply it every month though it will fade after that but it works and while your at it hit all the other black trim on your cars exterior.GP3GT said:What about using back 2 black on it?
