Leak

Every time it rains hard or I stop at a car wash of I don't have time to wash it myself, my convertible has a leak in the top that results in a puddle in the back of my car. I have seen a couple people post that they had the same issue. Just wondering if there is an easier fix than changing out the whole top. Also did this lead to anyone else having water in the trunk? I can't seem to find any problems with the weather stripping on the trunk but I get water in there so I think it is related.

I had the same problem when I bought my 2000 very two months ago. I took it back to the dealer and was told that the seal was bad on the passenger rear window as well as the seam at the bottom of the rear window also. Mine was soaked but just the trunk and the floor board on the rear passenger side. It seems to have been taken care of now.

Glad to know it isn't just mine. Did the dealer just use silicone caulk to re seal it or did they replace it completely?

New weather striping on the passenger window and sealed the back window.

Awesome thanks a lot. Hopefully I can get it sealed before I take her out of storage.
