You get a much better quality part from JBA because they specialize in headers only. But that I know of nobody has had any real issues running the BBKs

It's going to be roughly the same between them. The only real differences are price and quality.

Re: Bbk shorties vs jba shorties??

I Think JBA's actually make more power , they have the firecone collector
and quality wise there's NO comparison, JBA's all the way

I can agree. I keep reading they make the most power for shorties but wasn't sure. Also apparently the bbk's arnt to good if I wanted to put forced induction on my mustang

bbk coating sucks ig and if you planing for forced induction run long tubes you wont regret it.

I've had bbk shortys on mine for a while now and no issues. At the time i was gonna do all motor but then decided to go with a sc. Is there a diff with the shortys and lt with forced induction? I seen someone made a comment on it and just wanted him to elaborate on it a lil more. Thanks

Re: Bbk shorties vs jba shorties??

I read on another forum where if you plan on any forced induction you want lt bc the flow is better. makes sense since theres less curves. i read alot because im ordering full exhaust next week and heads..

Id like to see it proven with the same car forced air dynoed once with shorties then again with longtubes in the same condition to see how noticable it is
