Opinions needed...

So I'm ordering the Bassani o/r x pipe in a few days, but my question is should I buy the o2 sensor extension kit & MIL eliminators or should I just bypass the check engine light for a couple weeks to a month until I can get a tuner?

Cool, so did you buy the o2 sensor kit or you didn't buy any of that stuff?

I just put on the exhaust and had it tuned at the shop. I thought about it but its not worth the 200$ for a light but im considering to do it.

Sorry if I'm asking a lot of questions but do your o2 sensors hang down or you tucked them away? I'm leaning more so toward just waiting to buy a tuner for my car

I have mine tucked away. I would wait for a tuner. Thats usually the middle buy.

After all the induction things to balance out fuel and air.

I would save the money and buy the tuner. You can do so much more than just turn the o2 sensors off especially if you plan future mods. A tuner will become a necessity. Plus it will give it a good kick in the butt right off the bat. Use AM and get tunes for life. .

Oh yeah I know I was planning on getting a tuner anyway bc I'm getting gears and pulleys soon I just didn't know if my o2 sensors would be dangling

Well I decided to just buy the extension kit and mil eliminators for now, only problem is that I ordered the x pipe from HawaiiRacing and now I have to go through Bassani themselves for them to ship it so it's taking awhile I've been waiting since march 1st -__-

Bypass. Keep the old O2s, till you get a tuner. Buying new ones won't stop the
CL if your havin one. Save money.

Slight edit: New O2s won't stop CEL. When you tune, you can turn them off. Cost saving, about $150. I have a brand new O2 down stream not being used when I tried to shortcut tuning.
