Oil Pressure Guage Problem

Nyone know if a 99 Gt has a relay or a fuse for the oil pressure guage? It drops to 0 pressure and then jumps up to normal at an idle..i checked my oil and theres plenty in it. Its a brand new oil pump..so i think my guage might be broken? Help please?

Should be next to the filter. I had a massive oil leak and that was the problem. Its a small piece.
