When you get them done, I seriously wanna see them!! I've been a fan since the Halo's in the 83 foxes with the netting in the middle and stuff.

Re: halo headrest

As soon as the weather breaks.. ill get them done. The ones I have don't have the netting. I got them for 56 bucks delivered! I've seen them new for around 300 and average on ebay around 150.. I've.googled pics and there was one s95 with them, but the.photo wasn't so good. There's an older drop top fox.. looks like the 7up edition with the halos.. looks really good. Over been researching the dye.. there's a spray that you can buy locally at any auto store. Then I found some other stuff Caled "vinyl ladies" also on you tube. And its a liquid that you wipe on the video was really good..I'm thinking the liquid dye rather than the spray.. maybe ill start a thread asking about people who have.dyed their interior?

Re: halo headrest

bingo.... i sprayed my interior. i changed my 96 saddle to black on black. its my third "black stang" interior so it came out pretty good. i did dash, carpet, seats, and doors.

we did a thread a while back on this.... but im sure we could have a refresher thread...lol. i was like if those ppl on "unique whips" can do it, so can i.

it was cloth...but u r better off wit the leather/vinly i think. u know they make a primer also if u r scared of them bn pink.

spray a small section under the head rest to test the paint. i had to use two brands cause they dont all lay the same on ur surface. some brands lay better than others... even though they r supposed to work on the same type of surface.

I sprayed the headrests today... looks nice. A few more coats and I think it'll look mint. I put them back in for now, and realized how "bone" colored the seats are. Now I can't wait to do the seats! Ill add pics when.I.get.home.from work
