spintech made or makes a side exhaust kit, the issue is the muffler generally has to be so that the in/out is on the same side to retain the factory location.
If you have or plant to get subframe connectors these can mess up the fitting in where they exit
if you plan to lower your car you will scrape the tips, its just how it is
I have seen people use the little turbo mufflers (tiny and round so they are not nearly as big as regular mufflers) and they will have them moved up by the driveshaft and then they can run the exhaust out to the side without much hassle~ it would be a custom job though to do that... but probably not that bad. The issue is making sure it can be unbolted and also that it wont hit anything under the car or anything like that.
