sounds sick as hell!!!

I see lots off good reviews on the bbk. What's your mods because didn't think you really need over 70mm tb if you didn't have forced induction.

I have the c&l plenum and bbk 75mm tb. Love them. I also have mine tuned for them. My buddy just got the bbk 78 tb/plenum combo and he says he can tell a big difference

On a NA motor anything over 70mm will not net you much, if any more gains!.. But if you plan on going Forced Induction later down the road I say get the 75mm or 78mm now and save yourself some cash and time!.. I've got the 75mm TB and plenum from Professional Products and it works just fine!..

I've got the bbk 70mm powerplus and trick flow Plenum. Works good for me. Also have the bbk cai with 24# Maf. It makes a nice whistle as well.

Re: Throttle Body And Plenum

Quick question.. I know I could probably look it up, but easier to ask here. What's stock TB size? I know a lot of people notice "gains" with a larger throttle body, but there really aren't any significant gains. What most people notice, is that your throttle response is much quicker. This is due to the fact that with a larger TB, you're hitting WOT at only like 55% actual throttle.. the other 45% of the pedal is a dead pedal. Unless you get a tune for a larger TB, it's really not doing anything and you might get some really tiny gains of 1 - 5 HP. I'd wait on a TB and go with gears and a tune. Get a TB with your supercharger or turbo kit. There are a lot of kits that put the right sized TB in the package along with the tune you'll need.

Put on the Accufab 70 mm TB/plenum combo with the spacer along with a BBK CAI yesterday. Easy install and noticeable difference at 3500 RPM's and up. Still idles at 800 RPM and more responsive overall. Would recommend if you've got the $$$...
