Spent 3 hours trying to get the passenger side bolt off with no luck at all! Any advice on how to get that sucker off would be greatly appreciated

Ah! The infamous passenger side bolt I hated this bolt. My advice is try swivels and impact he the best grip and hit it a few times and it should knock it loose use pb blaster first. Or you can undo the trans mount put a jack under the transmission and lower it down until you can reach the bolt easily. Take the dive shaft out first. That's all I can tell you.

I got the top passenger bolt off like nothing the only problem I've been having is the bottom one, there's like no room and every extension and swivel I try to get on never connects or when I put torque on it it slips off

Yea you don't want to round off that bolt you will be in big trouble then. Try taking off the starter and it will give you more room.

Should be 3 bolts two on bottom then one on top. U need about 2 feet of extensions to get it but it's not bad. Just go in from the front and on top of the steering rack and if you can look down with a light you can see the bolt.
