03 Stang ticking?

I bought this car back in September and it had 46 k miles and ever now and then I would hear a ticking at idle to around 2000rpms but it would go away...I have noticed lately that the ticking has appeared to be a little louder and constant.

It's coming from the passenger side and I had it checked out at the local Ford dealership and the said motor was sound but could be a throw out bearing problem??? Does this sound right or could it be something else?

Does it sound like from the engine bay? Because mine ticks, and i know that i've got a slight exhaust leak in one of the headers or something. Just what i was told, i dunno for sure though. Mines gotten progressively louder also.

I had a sound like that in my 01 GT and it ended up being a spark plug backing itself out. I would check that whole side of the engine and just see if snugging them up would end that noise. It sounded just like a exhaust leak and would go away past 2k rpms.
