FRP sensor install help....

I keep throwing a P0190 code and its frustrating the **** out of me. I used the SCT tuner to see what it was exactly. I searched on here and online and havent found anything close to what the car is doing. The car starts and drives but at WOT it shrugs and throws the SES light. I went and had the fuel filter replaced (started with simplest things first) and the pump works fine. Checked all connections to the FRP sensor and they were good. I even returned to stock tune and then back to 91. Im buying the sensor tomorrow but I have never installed one before. Is the sensor pressurized on the rail? Anything specific I should or shouldnt do? Will fuel spill out once unbolted from the rail? Is it just as simple as bolt it and plug it in?

Anyone with experience with this help is greatly appreciated!

There is pressure on the rail and so on the sensor so depressurizing the fuel system I would recommend. The sensor itself isn't complicated to change its 2 screws a vac line and electrical connector. Hope this helps!
