New TB and Plenum question

was thinking about adding a 70mm bbk tb and plenum to my "04 gt

only mod so far is k&n caik; tune, exhaust, and gears to come this spring/summer. POSSIBLY new plugs and aftermarket COP's as well

my question is can i truly expect to see some added throttle response or HP with the aftermarket TB and plenum, or is it a waste of time and money if not going to some type forced air and upgrade in MAF unit?

any help greatly appreciated-

I really liked it.
As of right now it has a stock tune I have to send it off to diablo to get re-married but I had a 93 and 87 octane I liked it a lot

Didn't see your last part when you make a upgrade.
It comes set with auto tunes I just run the auto tunes but you can get a custom tune done to it but you need a dyno
