I've heard they are great heads, but if you are supercharged I would get a forged rotating assembly and turn the boost up before I got heads. Just my 2 cents.

Are you looking at getting the Track Heat manifold?.. Just curious as to how well a SC is going to fit there!.. Looks like for a very tight fit!..

Trickflows are awesome heads. If you have stock heads now, you'll definately gain CFM with the new heads and intake manny. Don't be surpised though if you notice a drop in boost pressure after the install of the heads and manifold. Should you decide to up the boost with a smaller pulley at that point, just make sure you either tune for it, or increase fuel to compensate. If you don't have it already, I would look into making sure your exhaust is capable of handling more CFM. What goes in, must come out.

Both of these guys have given you good advise. The heads and intake will work wonders for you but you will need to address the bottom end unless you plan on only running about 5-6 lbs. of boost. The heads and intake on a stock bottom end are capable of making over 700 HP with around 14-17 lbs. of boost depending on the full build.

Thanks for all the info. I am planing on building the block for the extra flow and the boost that I want to increase. Also I have been just looking around and those heads say they fit a 5.4L also. If so how easy would it be to that block in the car. Just courteous.
