Crate motor question?

Have a 2001 with a t-45 transmission and I'm going to wear the motor out with mods and what not. But when time comes when the motor is done. What is the best crate motor that will fit?? I tried looking online but no luck. Let me know

Re: Crate motor question?

As far as size goes?? I would love to have the 4.6 Aluminator DOHC engine with supercharger, or put in a 5.4L bored and stroked to 5.8L total with a supercharger..

I sir.. agree. Along with (at that point) 3.73 gears and a T56 with lightweight driveshaft and short throw, plus lightweight flywheel and awesome clutch. Long tubes, o/r H, and magnaflow magnapacs.. I think this would be a sweet set up.. for starters LOL.
