2000 Roush Stage 1 Drivetrain

Any issues with a 2000 Stage 1 windsor 4.6 SOHC vs the late 01-04 Romeo? I'm finally swapping a v8 in my 2002 and found a great deal with complete engine ecu tranny and rear end for under 4k and with only 50,000 on the clock. Just wanted to know if there are any disadvantages of going with a Windsor vs the Romeo. I know some parts are diff (8 bolt main vs 6 bolt) and vale covers too, also something to do with the camshaft parts, but overall I'm just trying to get some second opinions.

2002 True Blue V6 to GT Vert
16.1@86 as an auto 3.8
2.15 60', 9.3@77, 14.4@96 as a 5spd SOHC 4.6
