Catback from a 95 GT

I one of my buddies is thinking of selling his 95 GT, he offered to sell me his cat back for a decent price. I was just wondering if his cat back would fit my 2000 GT

You can "make" anything fit. I'm not sure on specifics, but if you look at the catbacks sold by major companies, you can see there is a difference. Flowmaster's catbacks are sold for '94-'97, '98, and '99-'04 for example. The only catback system that crosses over sn95 and new edge is MAC, and that's for '96-'04.

You would probably be better off selling the catback as what it is and buying a system made for your car. Just my thoughts.

Look up or call the manufacturer and see if they can tell you anything.

Ok. I may end up doing that. I'm kinda curious as to what the differences are.
