Spinning one tire

Just wondering if this in normal when I turn right and nail it only the passenger side spins. When I nail going straight both wheels spin and it will slide . Is this normal?

Yes, you have a V6 (like me) and we dont have a limited slip differential meaning one tire spins more than other, so the power coming from your motor takes the path or least resistance meaning your back right tire. If you want two wheel burn outs i sugest geting a tlok

Re: Spinning one tire

Yah if you have the 8.8" rear then you have a tlok from the factory...as said the clutch discs are getting worn, and will need to be replaced.

American Muscle does sell a rebuild kit with carbon fiber discs similar to the ones used in the Cobras etc. I do believe the S clip in the kit fits 31 splines so you'd have to either use your stock clip or get a new one from Ford.
