Did you use stock replacement coils or did you go after market?

Something like this where it can be any number of things it's always best to start at the cheapest angle. I had a similar problem when my o2 sensor went bad. How many miles you have in it?

Do you have any codes? When is the last time you changed the fuel filter? A dirty fuel filter will let contaminets get thru to the injectors clogging them up causing a misfire. This may be why the misfire is "jumping" around

A lot of the time I've read that when our cars have a misfiring problem they don't throw codes. If you've changes the plugs and coils the best thing I can suggest is a diagnostic test at a ford garage. It could be a fault in the computer or really anything. Maybe you can't swap the injectors around and see if it's a clogged injector. But outside of that I'm out of ideas

What do you mean blown heads? I guess i don't understand how the head itself can be ruined unless it was cracked.

Oh ok. The gaskets are blown. That's a fairly cheap fix if you can do the work yourself.
