Re: Catback or just mufflers?

Cat backs for sure, they will give you the most gains in power and good sound. When I got my summit racing catbacks on you can tell after 3000 rpm there is something different in a good way.

The gain is from you will be going from the stock 2.25inch tubes to 2.5inches. This helps breathing plus the stock tubing on mine was beat up and bent weird in some places.

I have SLP loudmouth 1 on my car. a friend of mine has the loudmouth 2 and at cruising speeds they sound exactly the same but if you want that roar wen you get on it then you should go with the loudmouth 1 catback.. that is of you decide to go with SLP

see I really want the full SLP setup and they don't make catted h pipes.. I'm in new York and want to pass emissions so no off road mid-pipes for me. but if you don't mind using diff brand names then grab the BBK LT's and a BBK h pipe. my friend just installed them last wednesday with his loudmouth 2's and now it's louder then my car but the h pipe does make a totally different sound.. it sounds deeper and like it has more balls lol

Flowmaster super 44's with O/R H pipe....you wont be dissapointed.....you will notice a big power difference if you get a h pipe with no cats.
