Can you get under the head of the bolt, to pry up on it while you turn it?

Are you able to tighten it back down?

If you're not getting anywhere by turning it, you're going to have to grind the head of the bolt off, slide off the coil, then you can get some Vice Grips on the shaft and twist it with some force.

If I remember right the bolt screws into a brass nut molded in the intake. The nut may have worn the plastic out and it's letting the nut spin. You probably don't want to pry it out cause it might brake a chunk out of your intake. I would grind the head of the bolt then JB weld the nut so it don't spin. These bolts don't do a lot so remember they don't have to be that tight. Hope his helps
