Misfire!

Hey guys/girls
I have a jerking hesitation in overdrive between 35-60 and when accelerating slowly through those speeds. I changed fuel filter and plugs but no change and stayed like that for several months, so the other day bought a BWD coil pack and have switched it around all 8 cylinders and it still is doing this, any ideas, please?

I have the same issue and my ses is on. I took it to get the code read and it said I was running lean and my driver side 02 sensor was not working. I haven't changed it out yet cause I only drive less than a mile away to work. No excuse, I hope this helps.
