Raido lights up but wont play radio

So I tried to turn on my radio and it won't turn on. All the lights power up and I can eject cd's. I also can put in cd's but it won't play any cd's. All the fuses work and are good. The radio wont play if is my stock radio or a after market one. Any ideas??

Do u have the factory amps? Check for power on those. I had the same problem. It turned out my amps were bad

The stock amps are located under driver seat and near the extra tire in the back?
