On the long road to 12's care to help?

trying to get to 12's but not.trying to spend a.lifes saving on it.
Set up so far.
2001 bullitt
Port polished bullitt intake mani and tb. Did it all myself.
bbk o/r xpipe
K&n fipk 2 intake
Cobra clutch
3.27 gears
315/35/17 sumimoto tires in rear
on this set up car went 13.59@103
what mods should I do to reach 12.99. No nitrouis or s/c

4.10 or 4.30 gears will get you there easily if you can drive.

A decent set of tires wouldn't hurt either

Iv beem doing little research was thinking 4.10 sct tuner package from am upper lower control arm package from am as well and set of slicks

4.10s and a SCT tuner would help a lot an a set of 11" rear tires only reason I havent done 4.10s is cause I mainly DD my car and love running 90 turning 2,300 rpm

A really good suspension is needed. Do some weight reduction like remove spare tire and jack, rear seat, passenger seat. Get some wheels that are light like skinnies wheels in front and drags in the rear. Like said about gears and tune would help a lot and some really good shifting.
