Extremely under powered in US spec. In Japan they turbocharge them, but our version was garbage.

He is lying to himself. Google 1995 240sx 0-60 times. The fastest I found was 7.8 seconds. Very slow. The Acura NSX was in the mid 5 second range in 95, but not the US spec 240sx. He could be thinking of the Japan spec Silvia, but he's smoking crack if he thinks his stock 95 240sx will do 0-60 anywhere close to 5 seconds.

US spec 95 240 sx has a 2.4l 155hp 4cyl curb weight 2753lb. If it is stock it's not fast.

Nah, even a blacktop SR only makes 205hp @6,000rpms. You gotta take into consideration that it has an independent rear suspension so at the wheels it's less then 175rwhp.

A stock New Edge GT would walk all over it in a strait line.

Here's my S13 KA24E. Only 145rwhp but it's my Drift car and I don't need a lot of power to slide around corners. Click image for larger version

I just bought, fixed, and sold a 93 240. Was going to keep it untill I got it running right and figured out what it can(t) do. Wasn't a very impressive car to say the least, glad I flipped it because ricer kids have inflated their value big time (get money!). I don't really understand them unless you have a track you can drift at nearby. Otherwise they are slower than a Honda.. "but RWD"... Buy a Mustang.
