are these good parts for my car?

would any of these parts give me at least a decent hp gain for what i would have to pay for them?

2001 Navi Parts:
-Intake Manifold
-Throttle Body
-EGR valve
-Headers
-Cam Sprockets
-Crank
-Pistons
-Flywheel
-Cylinder Heads (these will have to have to journal bearings reground as there was an oil blockage and the cams seized up).
-Oil Pan
-Fuel Rail

Depending on what brand they are the heads, headers, intake manifold, throttle body could add hp....the fuel rails if aftermarket could help provide more fuel with the use of a bigger fuel pump and injectors. And the flywheel if aluminum could FREE up some hp lost in the transfer of power to the wheels...the rest I'm not sure about.
