Re: rear spacers

I'd guess 3/4" or 1" spacers would push those 17x9's out damn near flush with the fender.

The best way is to measure the distance from the face of the wheel to the inside rim that curls around on the fender. That'll give you a rough estimate of the distance the wheel is tucked in.

Definitely go with H&R Hubcentric spacers..you will pay more than your average brand but they are well worth it.

Hey so I got a question? I just bought some 17x101/2 wheels, will mine stick out far enough. Really I don't think these cars are all that wide, so when I lay down the rubber I want that wide ace peel out marks lol... You think the 101/2 will suite me wider peel out needs lol...

You won't need spacers with 10.5in wheels.. Do some image searches to get a view.

Those are thirteen millimeter spacers, so I don't think they are to much, I might still get em...

Re: rear spacers

Well 13mm is ~.5", so the spacers will probably push the wheels out ~ a half an inch.

My 17x10.5" sit about flush with the fender wells, maybe slightly inside of the lip. The wheels will probably be flush or slightly past the fender well.

Either way you'll leave a big nasty piece of rubber

This is true..before I lowered, my fronts stuck out just past the wells and they spun sh*t everywhere...the rears still do as the rear bumper tapers in so much.
