What to do

Money is tight as we all know. What makes more sense to do first, a tuner, or headers? Any input would be great. Both would be an improvment to the car.

The car is an automatic. It also has a cai, and manifold back exhaust.

Deffinetely do the tuner first....its firms up shifts and adds some HP
