removal of headrests

How do you remove the headrests from an '02 mustang gt? I need to remove them in order to install seat covers.

The instructions that came with my style bar to remove them was to raise them all the way up and then use a slim Jim and go down he front side (along the metal slide) and push down while pulling up on the head rest. I did not find this easy and that is why my seatbelt holsters still are not on!

I figured it out, it took separating the top leather cover cover from the bottom cover and releasing the tab inside the seat cover near the headrest.
