Washed rings and main bearings. Too much fuel will end up in the oil pan.

19 lbs. Any of those from even a old 5.0 will work.

Goto your local yard and find the thin body 19lb injectors. you can find them in grand marquis with a 4.6, look at any old 4.6. they are thin bodied but have the Bosch connector. May have missed it but what year v6.

nope nothing special about them they are a single pattern spray as with all, the 03/04 cobra's 39lb have a dual pattern spray. On dodge they run higher fuel pressure so there injector ratings are off. so dodge guys run our injectors because the rating goes up.

Look at page 202 it answers alot of your questions.

Where did you mount that camera and did you use the suction cup or adhesive mounts?

For the out of car vids it was mounted on the front bumper.

In those two videos we were holding the cams in our hand as we drove. Haha

Well, while unpacking my stuff I found a old 93 cobra model I had and some old spray paint (Testors gloss black and some "house of colors" candy red I had found) and decided to try to paint this car like yours....epic fail...the house of colors paint ate the Testors and made it run...

Haha, I think it looks beautiful! But we didn't double spray. We mixed in the red pearl with our black and did one spray.

I actually live in Covington; which is dead center in the projected path. We always get all the hurricanes right over us. :/

And the car is inside! It hasn't left the garage in months. Lol

Re: Aurora's heart died.

FYI guys I forgot to mention in my info, but the gaskets on the throttle body adapt (upper intake) to plenum (lower intake). the oval looking ones, if you see that they are in good shape then keep them handy. I have not been able to find them new. Don't loose them.

It's gonna be a few months at least. I have a month and a half until I leave for USCG basics, then that's two months in basics. Then I leave for my station directly afterwards.

Things are about to get hectic. :/

And I still haven't found all my engine pieces.

I know, I know! I really appreciate it. Haha. But with my preparations for military and this freak hurricane Isaac, things have been weird. Plus since I had to quit my old job in a different city my funds have been tight.

I'm sticking with the Teksid block and not using the B-heads. I'll be sourcing some C-heads when I get a chance; not in any rush. Then I'll take the engine from there.

I heard QA1 is pretty good but if you are gonna do a lot of street driving I would go with the maximum Motorsport k member it's the only one that I know of that is certified for street use

Unless your going turbo or regular track duty a K member is useless for street driving. But to each his own. If I were you I would skip over that K member and put that cash toward a brake upgrade. I just don't see the need for it unless like I said you were going turbo and was needed. But if your wanting to go FI then a ported set of B heads is the best choice.

"James Hensler, owner of Hensler Racing in Reynoldsburg, Ohio, has been nothing short of a pioneer in the field of nitrous-assisted Ford Four-Valve racing. James is the pilot of a Nitrous Express-fortified, big-bore-modular- powered NMRA Renegade car. Look for him to eclipse last season's previous best of 9.30 at 150 by a large margin this year, with his Fox Lake-ported B heads/HCI intake top end finding a new home atop a 305ci big-bore short-block.

For more than two years, John and Mike Tymensky of Modular Performance in Novi, Michigan, have held the title of owning the quickest and fastest (9.34 seconds at 145 mph) naturally aspirated modular vehicle in existence."
