Most of the people that are saying they know have my personal phone number. I'm a celeb so it's a big deal, ya dig?

And y'all suck at waiting for a surprise. Haha. You're all like little kids the day before Christmas just shakin' away at presents under the tree!

Well here's some pics of how the car really sits now that the engine is in! Still doing a lot of work to it so the hood is off and it's DIRTY. Dirtiest it's ever been. Haha

Some pics to hold y'all over until the new plans.

Thanks! And you can almost see the red flake coming out in the paint. Too bad cameras don't pick it up that well..

Sorta similar. Just not as much of a flake as lava red. I like mine better. We mixed this color about six or seven times before we found an amount of flake my dad and I liked.

Technically you can say it does. My dad and I did all our own paint. So we just mixed the color and flake. Did a spray out and let it dry to see the color. Then kept changing the amounts until we got it right.

But like I said the only cost was the paint we used on testing sprays. Hah.

Haha. It can get expensive. Paint costs alone were over $2k. That's not even counting the materials and amount of labor we put into it. That's just the color and clear.

Well like I said.. That was the price of the paint; however, we get paint for free.. So the whole color swap cost us nothing but our many many MANY hours and all night sessions. I can remember on more than on occasion working on body work and sanding at sunset and still working on it at sunrise the next day. Hah.

That might be a ways off.. Will be doing soft launches for quite some time due to the stock tr3650 tranny being pretty weak.
