tuners

Does anyone know if the hypertech timers are any good?

I know Hypertech has been around forever. I bought a "high performance" ECU chip for my 84 Z28 back in 1986. Course that's before they had electronic trannys and the 84 was a carb, so it didn't do a whole lot of anything that I could tell. Surely they would be up to speed with SCT, etc.

well theres a guy wanting to trade me chrome cobra r's and a hypertech tuner for my fr500s

Did he give ya a model num for the tuner so you google it? I'm not familiar with the cobra r's are they 18x9's.

ones he has is 17x9, he didnt give me the number. i think im just going to trade my wheels to stockers and some cash and get a sct

Definitely helps having so many using the SCT/Bama tuners. Get a ton of feedback that way. Good luck!

Cant tell are they staggered? I want to get 18 fr's but their 1300 so I gotta save up for like 2months or a little more
