New upgrades.

Want to upgrade my 98 stang GT.

What would be the first 3 things you would do to make more HP ( easy with the prices) and dont forget named brands!!

thanks fellas, does it really matter if i go on ebay and buy a 50 dollar air intake, compared to a bbk cold air for 200?

Just remember that the price reflects the workmanship. In other words $50 will have cheap parts with no engineering proven #'s while BBK has tested theirs with proven #'s and quality parts

The first three things I plan to do to my gt is a Cold air intake with a bama tuner, short shifter (no hp gain) and an exhaust!

Short throw's are great, might not have HP gains but they help ya snap into gear faster. Your list sounds like a great starter kit

pi heads and intake, tune, exhaust. pi may be lil more then your looking for price wise but deff worth it!! night and day difference.

i have the $85 CAI from AM. the only thing you pay for really is the material its made of and the name brand. really not much of a difference to me
