Trunk wont pop open

Hey guys, This weekend I went to get into my trunk and the button wouldnt work. I checked all my fuses and everything is as it should be. If I sit in the driver seat and push the button I can hear a click under the dash. Also the button in the glove box doesnt work either. I can open it with the key and the emergency release on the inside works too. Any suggestions??

Does your remote lock/unlock work?

Possibly the trunk lock actuator pull the connector out and hook up power directly to it see if that's the problem

Clean where it latches and maybe use some WD40 on it. It might be hung up on dirt and junk that has gotten in there. Or you supercharger has scared it shut! LOL!

Ok so I haven't been able to take mine apart I have been busy with work but I managed to snag a pic of a trunk latch actuator from work on a 08 Saleen it will give you an idea though of what it looks like and just hook a wire up to the positive and negative of a battery, jump box or a car charger to give it 12 volts and pull the connector out and touch each wire to one of the plugs on the actuator and it should pop if not its bad.
