The 99-04 mustangs don't have upper A arms. Do you mean the lower A arm?

Re: Front upper A arms replacment

Well you could get the 03-04 Cobra A arms or if you want to go aftermarket Check out PA Performance or Maximum Motorsports. I can't look on MM's website right now (at work), but I believe that you have to use their K-member/coil over kit to utilize their arms....but don't quote me on that. I chose PA performance K-member and A arms as I did not want to go to a coil-over style set up yet ($$$). I think QA1 is a good brand too.

I don't see why not. If you KYB fit the stock K-member then I would assume the same for the PA. I'm using Tokico Shocks in the PA performance K member and a arms and they fit fine.

some aftermarket K-Members come setup for coil over's and will not work with the factory style shocks

+1, thus why i went with PA over MM since they only off K-members with coil over conversions.

Re: Front upper A arms replacment

Well first of all why are you replacing your a arms? If your car is a DD then you probably would be fine without replacing them completely. My car was a 3.8L therefore while I'm swapping it in place with a 4.6 it required the k member, but yours does not so I don't really see the point right now. Anyway there are differences in their k members and A-arms. First off you need to decide if you want Chrommoly. Typically its stronger, however again if its a DD mild steel will be just fine in my opinion and in PA's. Just go to the site and order from this link.
