Rotating assemblies/shortblocks

Probably common knowledge, but to those with built motors.. Who is a reliable, affordable vendor for rotating assemblies or shortblocks? I'm looking into building a motor soon, but as we all know the modulars are really overpriced when it comes to forged guts. Any recommendations? I'd like to keep my costs down.

When they built mine they used a brand called Eagle, it was forged stuff because of the boast im going to put on it.
