4.6 motor ?

This may be a dumb ? Just got into mustangs I have a 98 gt 4.6 how do I know if it's a 2 or 4 valve thanks for the help

It's a 2 valve. 4 valve motors we're used in cobras at that time

Hmmm, just in case, 4 valves do have a way wider valve cover. Can't miss it. 2 valves are skinny to about 4 inches at most. Gotta it love tho for the high revs. I ain't no expert.
Well about 8. Still skinny. I own one.

The x means it was built at Windsor plant the w is Romeo plant
