96 GT with a 32V

Just traded for a 96 GT with a 32v to go in it. Supposed to have everything to make it run. Question is what exactly does it need to run?

Yah this is a good question, because I was wanting to get a new long block from Mmr next year. But I was wondering what about the ecu? Do I use the same one with a dyno tune or what???

Some pics. I'll post more after I get it home and it all cleaned up. When I start the swap I'll document and take pics of it all. Found a set of long tube pacesetter headers and my exhaust guy is going to install a prochamber mid pipe with my 2 chamber flows and out the rear. 2.5 inch exhaust. Seeking a cobra intake and cai for the swap and throttle cable.

And it's a 97 GT not a 96.

I know. Guy didn't care too much about it but the plus is that the motor turns and harness is still intact

Re: 96 GT with a 32V

Looks like you have some body work to do also. Just a side project for you?

Body is straight. Couldn't get good pics of it cause it's in a shack just barely big enough to walk around it. It's the older mark 8 with the rear throttle body. Everything is there from what I seen.

Plan on doing a cam swap a little further down the road. I got another mark 8 donor sitting around back that I'm going to pull and build for my v6 if this swap works out like it's supposed to

When I get everything in parts wise it should push atleast 325 to 330 at the wheels. Hoping atleast 375 torque
