Will i be too low?

So I'm stuck in a hard spot here guys. My 2000 gt has h&r racing springs. So I'm a little lower than stock. I just picked up a magnaflow side exit exhaust and I wanna get the roush skirts so the exhaust can look good. But with already being a little lower will the skirts make me too low?

I mean I'm not like slammed or anywhere close to it. I just really want this exhaust on. Just don't want to rip it off. But I mean I'm careful as it it. No speed bumps around me so

The exhaust will definitely be low and you will need to be careful but I don't think it would be terribly bad.

Re: Will i be too low?

If you have the H&R Race springs, than you should be fine. Those springs lower the car ~1.25".

I was just at an all Fords show on sunday, and a guy there had the same roush side skirts/exhaust on his GT and he was lowered 1.5" with a Eibach Pro kit. I asked him if he had any issues scraping or bottoming out and he said it was fine..obviously speed bumps and severe inclines are tricky, but other than that driving was ok.

I agree with the above though...any more than 1.75" and you'd be scraping them too much. So you should be fine with the H&R Race Springs.

Yes your to low for side exhaust without the skirts. I have the h&r race springs and I will drag on speed bumps with my sub frame connectors if I'm going to fast.
