Stick shift swap

First of all, i found a T-3650 on ebay for $1,200...its the COMPLETE kit....i will be buying a stage 2 clutch so it can withstand my supercharged motor hp/tq. My question is what is the difference between the t-3650 and the t-45? Which one is better? And i know that the swap is pretty difficult, but what is the hardest part? Thanks

I can't answer the part about the differences, but I've always heard its getting the clutch pedal and linkage set up.
