I just did the fuel pressure test just because the car has 111229 in it and just notice the readings I got different from the book , also my gauge could b rong because in the live data in the predator it marks 45psi car off , the car still has some balls on it just maybe planning on swaping the pump and if stock still good sale it in craiglist, am goin to do the compression test these week ill see if I need a new head gaskets trow in some comps while open to save time

Re: 2001 bullitt fuel pressure test

I want to say thats about normal man for high milage car, if the car is running in top notch I wouldnt worry too much about it. If you have no codes or engine light then I would leave it alone. You might be able to change the fuel filter and maybe the fuel pump sock. Put IMO I think it has something to do with the tune, try taken the tune off and see what results you get then. A head gasket doesnt have anything to do with your fuel pressure man.

I know I just have the time to change the gasket if compression test is low because I need to see were is leaking oil by rigth corner maybe by timmingchain cover or in between head and block b cause its been loosing a lot of oil lately

well take you spark plug out and do a compression check on the eng and see if one of the Cyn is low. If you do decide to do a head gasket I would just recommend pulling the engine out and doing both sides. To me it was easier to work on the engine outside the car, esp removing the heads gives you more room to work. If it is in the right corner then its prolly a gasket, I do know if you dont place a dab of RTV on the front on the engine where the heads meet the block, and timing chain it will leak oil....if you dont know what im talking about i will see if I can find a picture.
